The MHC Foundation’s purpose is to provide funding for the charitable activities and priorities of the Minnesota Horse Council. MHC Foundation is recognized by the IRS as a charity under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
The Minnesota Horse Council Foundation (MHCF) is a Minnesota non-profit organization, whose mission is to be a philanthropic resource for Minnesota equine organizations and activities. Through its philanthropic efforts, MCHF works to strengthen and grow the equine industry throughout Minnesota. MHCF is a 501c3 non- profit, all volunteer, organization serving the needs of all areas of the equine industry.
